What this site is
The home of Date Versioning (DateVer), a versioning standard created and maintained by Stux.Group, with its specification, two small tools, and plain-text versions of the specification for people, programs and AI tools.
Using it
You're welcome to browse, link to, share and use Date Versioning in your own projects. The specification is licensed under CC BY 4.0, so you may share and adapt it, including commercially, as long as you give appropriate credit. The code of this website is © Stux.Group, all rights reserved.
Ethical use
Please use this site lawfully and reasonably: don't attack or overload it, and don't present a modified specification as the official Date Versioning specification.
No warranty
The specification, the tools and everything else on this site are provided "as is". The tools implement the specification, but the specification text is the source of truth where they differ.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and the site's history is in its changelog.
